Jenner Davis, '89, President

Jenner Davis has been a member of the Victor Central Schools Educational Foundation board since its start. She is now serving as President. Jenner graduated from VCS in 1989 and has also served on the Victor Central School Board of Education.

Jenner has degrees from Cornell University, the University of Notre Dame, and Fordham University School of Law.

Cam Maves, '04, Vice President

Cam Maves has been a board member of the Victor Central Schools Educational Foundation from its inception. He is currently serving as Vice President. Cam graduated from VCS in 2004. In 2008, he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University at Buffalo. He has worked for Paychex since June 2008.

Outside of work and the VCSEF, Cam enjoys spending time with friends and family and exploring all the city of Rochester has to offer. He currently hosts a weekly radio show on UB’s college radio station (Subject Media) called The Camstradamus Hour. It is an outlet for his interest in music and entertainment. To stay active, he participates in adult league hockey and enjoys taking walks with his wife, Hannah.

Emily Payne, '06 Treasurer

Emily Payne has been a member of the Victor Central Schools Educational Foundation board since its start. She is currently serving as Treasurer. Emily is a 2006 graduate of Victor Central Schools and attended Nazareth University.

Emily currently works in the finance department at the CountryMax Corporate Offices.

Alex Rozaklis, '13, Secretary

Alex Rozaklis has been a board member of the Victor Central Schools Educational Foundation since 2018 and has been serving as Secretary of the Board since 2021. Alex is a 2013 graduate of the Victor Central School District and went on to earn his Bachelor of Science Degree in Corporate Finance and Economics from St. John Fisher University in 2017. Alex is currently Relationship Manager of Commercial Real Estate at ESL Federal Credit Union and is based at the company’s Rochester headquarters. In this role, Alex works with commercial real estate developers and investors in the greater Rochester region to provide debt capital financing solutions for various commercial real estate projects. In his spare time, Alex enjoys traveling and golfing with family and friends. Alex and his wife, Marissa currently reside in Victor, NY and are active in the community.

Dawn Santiago-Marullo, Ed.D., Executive Director

Dawn Santiago-Marullo, Ed.D. has been a member of the Victor Central Schools Educational Foundation since its inception and is currently serving as Executive Director. She was Superintendent of the Victor Central School District from March 2009 until July 2019. Dawn was previously the District’s Director of Special Projects and Programs. Dawn also served as a Teacher Center Director, Staff Developer and from 1982 to 2000 she taught Spanish at Victor Senior High School. She is a graduate of Fairport High School, Nazareth University, SUNY Brockport, and the University of Rochester where she earned her doctorate in 2010. Dawn is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Rochester’s Warner School of Education.

Dawn is a member of the University of Rochester’s Warner School of Education’s K-12 Educational Leadership Program Advisory Committee and the Canandaigua National Bank’s Victor Advisory Board.

Dawn is an American Red Cross volunteer. She is the Chairperson of the Greater Rochester Chapter Board of Directors, Co-chairperson of the Western New York Region Tiffany Circle Chapter, and a Disaster Services Volunteer in Ontario County.

Dan Biviano, ‘97

Dan Biviano is a 1997 Graduate of Victor High School and lives in Farmington with his wife and two daughters, both students at Victor. Dan is a Partner and Advisor at Acumen Planning Group in Rochester, NY, and is also a member of the Rochester Rotary Club. 

Dan enjoys playing music, cooking, and the outdoors. 

Ashley Mandrino DiDia, '05

Ashley Mandrino DiDia has been a board member of the Victor Central Schools Educational Foundation since 2017. Ashley is a 2005 graduate of the Victor Central Schools, and went on to earn her Bachelors of Science and Masters of Business Administration at Niagara University.  She is currently the Social Media Coordinator at Canandaigua National Bank & Trust. Ashley has one son in the Victor Central School District, and a daughter who will eventually be.

In addition to the Foundation Board, Ashley serves on the United Way of Ontario County Young Leaders council, is a member of the Future Leaders Advisory Council (FLAC) for the Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce, and Co-Chair of the Marketing Committee for FLAC. In her free time, she enjoys playing and coaching soccer, as well as spending time with family and friends. 

Rachel Hillhouse, '06

Rachel Hillhouse is a 2006 graduate of Victor Central School. She also attended the University of North Carolina at Asheville and SUNY Brockport. 

She is currently employed as an Academic Administrator at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry.

Dawn Knapp, '90

Dawn Knapp graduated from Victor in 1990 and joined the board in 2023. After graduating from VCS, she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Colgate University and a Master’s degree in Secondary Math Education from Binghamton University. After completing a two year volunteer program with the Christian Appalachian Project, Dawn taught math at Rockcastle County High school in Mt. Vernon, KY for four years.

Dawn returned to the area and began teaching at Victor Senior High School in the fall of 2001. She currently teaches Algebra I and AP Calculus BC and is the department chair. Dawn also advises the Math Team and participates in a variety of school and district-wide committees. She loves teaching at her alma mater and seeing the past and present come together in our growing community and school district. 

Outside of school, Dawn enjoys hiking, gardening and running and spending time with her family. Her husband, Greg (‘90), and sons, James and Trevor (‘21) are also proud graduates of VCS. 

Keith Partington, '79

Keith Partington has been a member of the Victor Central Schools Educational Foundation board since its start. He graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology and worked as a collaborative sales professional at Microsoft Corporation for twenty-eight years. His tenure spanned multiple industries and various citizenship initiatives that support workforce development, diversity, and education.

Since 2018, Keith has leveraged his broad range of sales, marketing, and technology skills as a volunteer freelancer to assist with projects focused on accessibility, inclusion, and alumni connections. Keith is the northeast states lead for the Microsoft Alumni Network and a founding board member of the Victor Central Schools Educational Foundation, with a core focus on alumni storytelling.

Keith achieved his lifelong dream of becoming an author in 2023 with the launch of Fraternal Resolve, followed by the sequel, Workforce Resolve, in 2025. Keith also published The Canalway Challenge Library Tour in 2023, which details his 360-mile biking journey to visit thirty-one libraries along the historic Erie Canal as part of the Canalway Challenge program.
